Over the next few days and beyond, you may notice some slight differences in our service model in order to adapt to the current and ever-changing environment.
Our management team is monitoring all developments on COVID-19 (Corona-virus) to be sure we are equipped to make decisions and changes in a timely manner. We have many of our employees working from home in order to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 (Corona-virus). Our goal is to make this change transparent to you, but we want to reassure you that we are committed to serving your needs without interruption. Please be patient, please try to work with us via phone as much as possible, and please leave our team members a voicemail if you are unable to reach a live associate in the moment. Our team will constantly be checking their voicemails and returning all calls as quickly as possible.
During this Corona-virus (COVID-19) crisis, please DO NOT visit our offices unless absolutely necessary, particularly if you are not feeling well, running a fever, or are suffering from an illness—we are taking this step for your safety as much as our own, and we want to reassure you this does not impact the level of care we want to provide. For new policies, coverages, servicing on your current accounts, or claims assistance, please call your office representatives as normal.
For payments, you can make payments online, mail them to our agency, or call in a payment to our office (Accepted Forms of Payment: Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express; Electronic Funds Transfer from a checking, savings account or Debit Cards). If you need to make a payment by check, money order or cash, and still wish to stop into one of our two locations they will still remain open but with limited interaction There is also a mail slot at our Sylvania office if you wish to drop off a check.
